Woodford Heating are a successful contractor to the construction industry. Based in East London their clients are the national house building companies.
Through the closed bidding process they are on sites all over London.T his is a very competitive industry and building relationships with their customers is paramount.
When they are awarded a new contract they are likely to be dealing with that customer for a number of years. It is therefore key that they have an excellent working relationship with all of those on site.
Five years ago Managing Director Roy, decided to trial a cake to site. The response was beyond what he expected for such a small gesture.
The surveyors thought it a bit of a giggle and shared the cake with the hard working construction workers. We are told that the cakes disappear pretty quickly!
The cake helps bring the company name to a wide group of people in a very efficient and innocent way.
